Join me in my life of a regular Singaporean. Where there is nothing to do but shop and eat.
I am a 25 year old fresh IT grad searching for a career in a highly competitive market.
At the moment I spend most of my life in front of my laptop.
The internet is my currency to the world while I have none to spare ($$$).
Read my thoughts and opinion. My triumphs and my breakdowns.
I do not seek to inspire or beg to be praised.
Simply my honest takes and I am all there is.

.::i've graduated!::.

im a graduate!

this is the second bestest day of my entire life.
the first would be my wedding day...

today i graduated with my 3 closest bestest friends in the whole campus.
Jihad, Dzul Hairie and Farzi.
and also the rest of the gang...
Diyanah, Nur, Faizal, Lizah, Siti, Zamir, Habib, Khaireen...anyone i missed?
the other malay peepz are still sticking ard in sch for another semester or two.
hurry up mayn! the clock is ticking!

and im just admiring the pictures i took at the graduation ceremony and reception earlier.
for the millionth time.
and i cant help but notice how many orbs there are in the convention hall.
almost all the pics have orbs...hmmm...

oh im just so so so so happy.
it all went so well just as we had planned.
our grand day.
we arrived in our flashy suits and Ford Focus car.
the guys in their suits, tie and blazer.
me, the rose amongst the thorns, in my Esprit blazer, pointy heels and skirt.
took alot of pictures with our friends.
and received our scroll on the stage proudly.
without tripping or falling on stage.
that wd be embarrassing.
or it cd lead to fame...
either one u choose.
and my daddy who at first said he cdnt come bcoz he had a project meeting to attend, decided to turn up after all!
he even took a picture of me recieving a scroll from the director from all the way back where he was seated.
how touching is that...to have both my parents see me graduate...

i was so high even little downturns couldnt spoil my mood.
like someone crossed in front of me and accidentally tore my pantyhose on the knee.
.........grrrr...........

the announcer made a slight error pronouncing my name.
actually its a universal and absolutely normal mistake.
she said junaidah...
but over the years avoiding hearing that mistake has led me to shorten my introduction.
hi, im june......instead of hi im joo-nee-dah, not joo-nai-dah...eee wierd spelling...
got me?

well this particular week has been pretty stressful for me.
i had my company dinner and dance two days b4 graduation.
i hadnt got my love of my life blazer till the night before graduation.
and its the last piece in the outlet that i had to get it from coz my friend works there and he helped me get it at staff price which is fiftly percent of the original price.
weeeeee.....
i lost my whole wallet the day before i was supposed to go shopping for dinner and dance and graduation clothes.
boy...
isnt that alot?
and its all finally over now.
i can close my eyes and rest in peace.
tomorrow working morning shift.
zoiks.
and i cant go to the Career Fair at Singapore Expo.
because i have to work.
daymn!

congratulations all graduands!
good luck in your future endeavours...
